A: Our PhD is our more premium paddle designed for a more serious player. Its main difference is the Raw Carbon Fiber Face. The Prime paddle features the same specs, but with a fiberglass face.

A: We ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida using USPS. You can expect your paddle in 2-5 business days depending on where you live!

We have a 14 day test trial period on our PhD and Prime Paddles. This allows you to purchase and try our paddle to see if it fits your playing style! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the paddle for a $30 restocking fee, essentially allowing you to try any of our paddles for just $30!

The 14 day trial period starts from the delivery date of your paddle. We expect the paddle to have light use and should not be visibly damaged or abused.

A: We offer a 30-day return window on our paddles. You can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving It from the delivery date shown on the tracking number. If it is after the 30 days, you cannot return the paddle.

The paddle must be in UNUSED condition. This means the paddle cannot be used in play, the grip seal must be intact & If there are scuffs on the paddle, we will return it back to you voiding the return process.

If the paddle has been used and it doesn't fit your style of play, you may return the paddle for a restocking fee of $30. The time period to test

A: We offer a 3 month or 90 day warranty on manufacturing defects. If your paddle breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

However, if your paddle breaks from play or normal use, we are not held responsible for something like this. This includes normal wear and tear on the paddle.

Usually if there is any sort of defect, it would be apparent right away, and we ask you to reach out to us to info@professorpaddles.com.
